| Who needs to take EM-X
Since this is basically a potent antioxidant, practically
anyone can take EM-X. Healthy individuals can take
EM-X for health maintenance. However, this amazing
health drink is effective against various medical
conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus, various forms
of Cancer, Liver diseases like Cirrhosis and Chronic
Hepatitis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Allergic diseases
like Asthma and Atopic Dermatitis and Cerebral Apoplexy.
It's also indicated as an adjunct therapy for various
infectious diseases. Currently, there are still a
lot of ongoing studies on its medical application.
Would it cause any drug interaction?
As a pure antioxidant, it does not interfere nor
cause any drug interactions if patient is taking other
medications. It is an effective adjunct therapy for
patients who are undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy
because it markedly decreases the side effects of
these therapies.
Is it safe?
EM-X is a naturally produced antioxidant, thus it
is perfectly safe.
Are there any side effects?
A few patients may experience some symptoms like
drowsiness, diarrhea and low grade fever, some may
have a feeling that symptoms are getting worse. We
call this "change for the better reaction."
This may happen because of the activation of dormant
cells in our body, thus, our body's balance is temporarily
altered. It should not be a cause for alarm. In fact,
most patients especially those taking it for health
maintenance doesn't have this reaction at all. Patients
may afterwards have complete and rapid recovery after
overcoming this stage.
Are there clinical and scientific studies about EM-X?
EM-X has been meticulously studied in several laboratories
both in Japan and other countries. It has been presented
in the 3rd Japan and United States Cancer Society
Conference held in Hawaii, USA in February 1995. It
was in this conference that it was classified as "New
immunotherapy without adverse drug reactions."
Dr. Shigeru Tanaka, one of the pioneering doctors
who used EM-X in its medical application have studied
it and published several books about EM-X. There are
still a lot of ongoing clinical and scientific studies
being done about EM-X not only in Japan but in other
countries as well. Suffice to say, that preliminary
results have been promising.
